Mr. Tucker serves as the Managing Broker for Price Edwards & Company. His primary responsibilities include the supervision of the brokers within the Office/Industrial Division and actively marketing all office buildings for which the firm has responsibility. As one of the most active office building brokers in Oklahoma City, Tucker has represented various landlords in successfully negotiated transactions with such notable firms as Unocal, American Airlines, Ford Motor Credit Company, Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, Hewlett–Packard, UBS Paine Webber, Aetna Insurance and Prudential Healthcare, as well as numerous local and regional firms. In his thirty-three years of experience, Tucker has represented such landlords as John Hancock, The Hartford, Travelers, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, Zurich and Mass Mutual.

In the aspect of tenant representation, Tucker has represented such national tenants as Alltel Information Services, Cabot Corporation, Hilb, Rogal & Hobbs, American General Fire & Casualty, Employers Casualty Company, Grant Thornton, Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company, Tronox and Chesapeake Energy Corporation as well as numerous local and regional companies and law firms. During his 32–year tenure with Price Edwards & Company, Tucker has been directly involved in the completion of over 6 million square feet of lease transactions.

Karleen Krywucki joined the Price Edwards team in 1989 and is Director of Major Tenant Leasing for Retail Properties. She is responsible for leasing and negotiations with national tenants and larger regional or local tenants represented by Price Edwards & Company. With 26 years of experience in leasing retail space in the Oklahoma market, Karleen provides expert market knowledge to her retail clients and to the Price Edwards team. She formerly served as president of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City, is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of the Anchor Council of Chainlinks.

Karleen represents Walgreens, Staples, Lifetime Fitness, Children's Learning Adventure, Aaron Rents, The Fresh Market and TJ Maxx. She also represents Wal-Mart and AWG in the disposition of their properties in the state of Oklahoma.

 

Bob Puckett

Bob Puckett joined Price Edwards & Company in 1998 as a broker in the Investment Division and is responsible for the sales and leasing of Industrial properties. The sales area deals with both users of industrial space as well as investor owned rental property. Puckett is responsible for generating the Industrial Market Summary found on the Price Edwards & Company website (www.priceedwards.com). This report monitors and summarizes vacancy, new construction, sales, and leasing of industrial multi-tenant investment properties in the Oklahoma City market. Puckett has been active in industrial real estate in Oklahoma since 1987. This has included tracking 2500+ industrial companies in 1200+ industrial buildings in the Oklahoma City industrial market as well as major facility sales across the state. Puckett has been involved in the sale or leasing of over 3,300,000 square feet of industrial space.

Mark Patton joined Price Edwards & Company in 2010. His principal activities include commercial and industrial real estate brokering, specializing in the sale of industrial land and building sales and leasing. Major clients include Baker Hughes, Inc., Ryder Systems, EastGroup Properties, Oklahoma Publishing Company, Dresser Industries, Love's Country Stores, Pillsbury Co., and Seagate Technologies.

Patton is a graduate of Oklahoma State University and received his degree in Business Administration. Prior to joining Price Edwards & Company, Patton worked over 30 years for Gerald L. Gamble Co. Inc., Commercial, and Industrial Realtors. Patton was also a Vice-President with Southwest Title & Trust Company for eight years. Prior to his affiliation with Southwest Title, he held the position of Assistant Director of the Oklahoma Real Estate Institute.

Patton's involvement in professional and civic organizations includes membership in the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Board of Realtors and the Oklahoma Association of Realtors; President of the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma City; Alumnus of Leadership Oklahoma City; past-President of Leadership Oklahoma City Alumni Association; and former board member of the American Red Cross, Oklahoma City Arts Council, and Leadership Oklahoma City. He is a former president of Edmond All Sports, Inc., and in May of 1993, Patton was appointed by the Governor of Oklahoma to an eight-year term as Commissioner of the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation Commission, during which he served as Vice-Chairman of the Commission.

Cordell brings 31 years of experience in real estate investments to his position in office building sales and acquisitions. Since joining Price Edwards, Cordell has participated in many major office building sales transactions. At the same time, he has assisted many local businesses in locating properties to house their operations and in selling the properties they have outgrown.

George Williams joined Price Edwards in January 2015 after 13 years at Dell Inc. in a variety of sales and sales management positions. As part of the retail division, George is responsible for marketing and leasing retail properties within the Price Edwards portfolio. George possesses strong, decisive, and collaborative leadership skills, with a proven sales ability to assess client needs; establish rapport, build trust, and close deals.

Leasing is a business of relationships. George is able to assist our clients by leveraging his extensive network of retailers, developers, landlords and brokers. George has demonstrated success across all property types, including neighborhood, community and power centers, single-entity, mixed-use, lifestyle and urban properties, as well as development and redevelopment projects.  George believes that the best mix of dynamic anchor tenants, complementary retailers and service providers plus the careful selection of outparcel users create synergy, define the personality of each property, and provide the opportunity to realize maximum achievable rents, mutual goals and profitability.

David has over 15 years in the real estate industry, specializing exclusively in the brokerage of multifamily housing projects and multifamily site selection. Recognized as a leader in the industry and based on his experience in the Oklahoma multifamily industry, David has been the guest speaker at various events throughout the state and served as the moderator for several industry panels and forums. David has personally been involved in multifamily and land transactions totaling more than $500 million throughout Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, and Missouri.

In addition to being Price Edwards & Company’s multifamily Broker, David Dirkschneider is the Director of the TCN Worldwide Multifamily Group, one of the top commercial real estate organizations in the world consisting of more than 1,500 brokers covering over 200 markets globally and with over $75 billion in annual transactions.

David Dirkschneider brings a unique level of experience in the multifamily industry. Before getting into the brokerage business, David worked as a general manager for one of the largest privately owned multifamily investment companies in Oklahoma, with assets over three hundred million dollars. He was responsible for oversight on every aspect of their operations; from construction on rehabilitation projects to the day to day activities on all properties. How that benefits David’s clients, is he knows what to expect and look for in finding the right deal. He can look at an apartment complex and see things the ordinary eye cannot. When working a financial analysis on a property, he can see where value can be added or where there may be an overstatement on income projections.
